   I recently changed to this practice from another in the same area, and what a change! I've dealt with three or four support staff face-to-face, two or three by telephone, plus a clinician (also by telephone), at different times. Every single interaction has been friendly, competent, and polite. After the recent goings on at my previous practice this is a huge, and very welcome, relief!
