Changed practice. 3 weeks they still waiting for medical records. Can't get medication which is essential because they won't send records. Can't see doctor when you need to and nurse that phones doesn't speak English. I walked with my feet.

I have brought my kid a number of times to see the GP for consultations. These were when I needed his attention most, and I was reluctantly told at the reception that the doctor cannot see my child and I should go back, take pictures of my child as a proof of his illness, and send the pictures attached to an email to the clinic. Then when the doctor has free time, he would attend to the email and respond via email. What I always did after this was look for a pharmacy elsewhere, walk in with my kids, have the pharmacist observe my kid, make prescriptions, and them I buy him the medicines prescribed. Sometime in January 2023, I walked into the clinic to see my GP to discuss my health, and then have him write a medical letter concerning my health to my workplace. Even as I said it was urgent, I was told at the reception that I am not allowed to see the GP, that I would have to write my requests via email. Sadly, I went back home and wrote an email which was never replied for 2 weeks until I had to go again to the clinic. They apologised and said I should go back and they would respond this time. One week passed and I just gave it all up. Since then, I decided to live my life and manage my family without the GP, until I make out time to apply for a change of GP.
