Made a prebookable appt and was then told rudely it didn’t exist when I attended ! Had to wait another week & drove down to make an appointment in person then waited 1.5 hours for phone call. How on earth can gps continue to ‘diagnose’ on the phone ? ! I am not well and need to wait another week for a face to face which is booked. It is about time patients were seen back in the surgery. I am pretty annoyed.

I’ve had the unfortunate need to need a GP recently. I spoke to reception, who took basic details & explained it would be best to speak to one of the two doctors who specialised in that field. She arranged a telephone consultation, which I love, so efficient for me. The consultation took place as planned & included making an appointment for a minor procedure at the surgery. The procedure took place as planned. It was unpleasant, as expected, but the doctor was lovely before & after, as was the nurse assisting. Thank you

Was told to book appointment for medication review,turned out to be by telephone,how do you take blood pressure ,weight etc on phone.On receiving my phone call,I was asked what I wanted! He had no idea what medication I was on,or why I took it! I initially rang to complain and was told Practice manager would contact me,didn't happen! Wrote letter and hand delivered,still no acknowledgement,or response!!
