shocking automated phone system, they phoned me and didnt leave a message (I'm not ill, waiting on results and haven't been in to see them for 5 years) so no idea what they wanted. Nearly put the phone down with all the waffle before picking an option, did put it down after waiting 10 mins and still being 3rd in a queue. Maybe they'll call back, maybe they won't who knows lol

  2. Review titled Diabolical service

Rated 1 star out of 5

Diabolical service, not sure what's happened in the past 12 months but the Practice has gone majorly downhill. Been at the surgery since birth (over 30 years) and never had a problem until the past 12months. Ordered a prescription at the start of April and I still don't have the correct prescription, same medication I have been on for years, why is it so complicated! Definitely looking at moving surgery!

  3. Review titled Worst practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

I can safely say that this doctors is the worst I have ever had. The problem I have is that the receptionists pass you on to a different service, that you don’t need, which is a waste of my time. I rang up and was unable to get an appointment unless it is in a months time. This is unacceptable when you are in pain which can only be resolved by prescription. The receptionist said someone would call me back and they never did… Absolute shambles of a practice!!

Dear Alice I am sorry that you have experienced problems with obtaining an appointment today. Please be advised that the receptionists are trained to navigate your call to the most appropriate service which may not always be a GP. The waiting time for a routine appointment with a GP is nearing 4 weeks as we are currently being impacted by an increase in demand and the recent junior doctors strikes. However, I would like to reassure that we do have emergency appointments available on the day and we also operate an on-call GP system for those patients who require more urgent treatment. If you require a prescription, we have a dedicated team that can assist you with this. If you would like to contact the practice directly to discuss this further, I would be more than happy to try to assist you. Kind regards Frances Procter Practice Manager
