I see so many bad reviews for this practice, yet any time I have called, I’ve either been offered a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment straight away, and the secretaries are always very helpful with any queries! The reception staff have always been extremely helpful and polite even when u can clearly see they are rushed off their feet! Thank you Cumberland house surgery for the great service you provide!
