My husband and I both got a same day appointment with a doctor within 2 hours of contacting Cumberland House. We saw a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly Doctor. The care was like being back at the old Cumberland House as it used to be before Covid. Thank you.

Having experienced problems with a repeat prescription the reception and prescription team have now resolved my issue. I have received a call wothin 1 hour of spezking to the surgery from prescription department who provided a detailed explanation as to the issue. I received assistance in downloading and registering various apps and even had a follow up from reception team to advise that my prescription has been authorised and sent to pharmacy. Very impressed.

I had a tablet crisis, and the Cumberland House team and Pharmacy dept pulled out the stops for me, and arranged for an alternative pharmacy to supply my needs. Thank You All

I travelled into the practice just after 08:30 for an emergency appointment. I was very disappointed with the receptionists approach and as a result, my experience of this was not favourable at all. I was concerned by the message about using a link being the fastest way to see a doctor and how people on front of me may have felt being given similar advice. I'm very happy to provide more info on this directly, but not here. I returned late morning for my appointment. The Doctor I saw was really good indeed and very efficient on his approach and evaluation and suggested next steps. Thank you very much Doctor!

Review titled I would just like to say big thank you for your service

I have two children - 5 and 2, I have always managed to get an appointment for them whenever I have called, even throughout the pandemic. I have even called at 12pm for an appointment for the same day. All the appointments have been face to face which is very reassuring when you have children. I would just like to say big thank you for your service and keep up the good practice. Majority of my friends complain about their practice, but I am always full of praise of the reception team to the nurses and doctors.
