    Have been on numerous occasions now for some months for this issue for a relentless pain problem to which I am now not even getting eye contact From the doctor who spent most of the time looking at the computer or searching for the paperwork he appeared to not receive but then found , I attended after being asked to come in to discuss next steps, when I got there I was asked what have you come here here for today? Would expect them to know why they made the appointment, When you are in pain and after help and ask for it should you not get a measure of reassurance and then reassess if it does not work. Don’t just dish out medication and shove people out the door they have concerns and problems that may need more than 3 minutes of your times as much as this pains the doctor this is I thought what they chose to do as a career help people. Not be a pharmacist.

    I am very upset by the response from the receptionist, when my wife who is unwell and taking a lot of cancer medication tried to book an appointment. She was told sorry I have got nothing today you will have to call again tomorrow no help at all or offer to look at any appointments for later on in the week.
