   Called into surgery as the last time I tried to telephone,probably a year ago,it was a total nightmare. Receptionist was very friendly,knowledgeable, she actuly listened to me and didn't constantly interrupt. She obviously knew not only how to use system but exactly who I needed to speak. Within a few minutes she had made 2 telephone consults, 1 from Dr to discuss results and 1 from prescribing pharmacy, explaining I would be called later that afternoon. 30mins later the Dr called, how brilliant was she. Again, actually listened to me. Not only did she advise me of test results and was genuinely impressed and encouraging with all the work I have been putting in, but also listened as to why I needed call from pharmist. After hearing problem thought it best i have face to face consult. Appt made for 30mins time. Went to HomeGround surgery and was called in exactly on appt time,saw another brilliant Dr, again listened to me, explained throughly situation and need for antibiotics ,which was sent to pharmacy. Collected from pharmacy,back home.All this within an hour of arriving back home from a Yorkshire holiday. Absolutely brilliant, couldnt have been any better. This is how our surgery used to be before covid and the dreaded reshuffle.Thank you all so much for all your hard work and for getting us a really excellent surgery, can't tell you how much everyone's help is appreciated. Thankyou
