Went for my flu injection yesterday and found staff very welcoming and organised. In and out within a couple of minutes

Called into surgery for a Covid injection. Well organised in & out within 10mins. Plenty of staff on duty to keep everything running smoothly

Corridors and rooms not wide enough for wheelchair users and other patients to queue. Standing at cotmrridor entrance looking right people were doubling back. Luckily a couple of patients stood back to let me in and helped by moving a chair positioned in middle of corridor supposedly for patients quing for vaccine and other side to patients leaving surgery

Covid vaccination clinic had kind and welcoming staff who checked your details and made sure that you had time to ask questions before consenting to the vaccination It was a quick and efficient process made quite pleasant by the encouraging staff

Vaccination afternoon well run & staff friendly & helpful. All done in 10 mins from walking in the door to leaving. Excellent organisation.

My own practice in Rowlands Gill did not offer the service have to taxi or 2 buses from Rowlands Gill to Crawcrook. This is too stressful.

It was the first time my husband and I had attended the Crawcrook surgery from entering the clinic we were greeted by the two receptionists who guided us. extremely friendly young lady who explained the procedure after completing the paperwork we both went into see the nurse, again the welcome we received was first class both from the nurse and the lady who was updating our information in room, she also cancelled the flu jab we were to have next Saturday at the Rowland's gill surgery I will shed I lived nearer to crawcrook as I would go there every time thank you to everyone who runs this service!!

I emailed the surgery attaching a photograph of a skin condition . They contacted me asked me to attend the surgery the same day , took photographs of the area & they were sent directly to RVI that day . Very helpful & friendly staff as well as being efficient
