Professional receptionists and processes. Doctor was so helpful , listening but also processing information and presenting options. Best medical experience I’ve ever had - and all in a relatively short time. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I’ve been with this practice 50+ years, I cannot rate them highly enough. Doctors give you their time and my time slot has never been rushed. Reception staff always polite & helpful. Phone lines will always be busy at 8am tell me a GP practice that isn’t. Be kind cos this practice is amazing. Thank you all

Wonderful Surgeries All staff are very helpful and strive to do their best for the patient. The NHS is under extreme pressure although the Team at Cranham Village and Little Gaynes always deliver a high standard of care. Keep calm and carry on :-) Many Thanks

Excellent service from the receptionists who are always polite and helpful. The doctors always spare time to explain anything I have asked about. Appointments have always been available when needed. It's clean and welcoming. Thoroughly recommended.
