    I had a good experience recently visiting the practice for the first time. I did have to wait a few weeks for my appointment, but that was absolutely fine with me as my matter was not urgent, so was expected. When I had initially telephoned to book my appointment, I was able to speak to someone promptly. Upon visiting, the receptionist was friendly and was able to set me up patient access easily. In addition, I was able to see my assigned GP who was friendly, and all other staff I saw were friendly and welcoming. I had a really positive experience.

    It's not easy to give up smoking after so many years of dependence, though the help and support the surgery offered has been a huge help and, as of today, I am now 4 month free of the habit. Thank you Cranbrook Medical Team

    Have nothing but praise for the staff working at this surgery. They go above and beyond for their patients.

    I literally spam called this surgery for 30 minutes at the start of the day. About 30 minutes after the start, the line was finally not busy. They told me that everything was booked already.
