When I first registered was really disappointed in the Service. Recently saw a trainee doctor there who was amazing, thorough and knowledgeable. Nurses and Receptionists are all very nice too. However, I saw doctore around 11.30 and need painkillers badly..at 5.30 pm my prescription had not been signed off by a senior doctor, this is really unacceptable especially when in constant pain. If the pharmacy do not have the precription at that time of night how are we to expect to get it dispensed the same day - really really questionable. At my previous Doctors, I would be able to take a prescription with me.

After experiencing really bad breathing difficulties I went to the practice and they couldn’t have been any more helpful and caring . I have been with this practice quiet a few years now and recommend to any one thank you to all the staff for being so caring

Only just joined practice and after first consultation am looking for new GP, was with my last one 25 years this one less than 25 days. Even though restrictions have been lifted could only get a telephone triage appointment. Felt GP that called was more interested in getting me in for immunisations and age related health checks , that GP Practices get paid extra for, than what I was presenting myself with. Diagnosed a viral infection over the phone even though I was attempting to point out it's a recurring and persistent issue I have. Felt this GP saw me as a commodity rather than a fellow human that needed his help for an ongoing issue in felt more like an animal from a herd that needed a quick health check and an immunisation that he would get more money for carrying out. Looking for a new GP.

The booking of my appointment was handled with the usual high level of efficiency. My GP provided, as usual, a full and thorough analysis of my condition, and was very clear as to how we would deal with it and what would happen next. The practice is small (3 doctors, I believe) and this helps the practice significantly to know and understand their patients on a one-to-one basis. All of the staff get to know their patients well, and my GP always provides a first class service. Today was no exception.

I’ve have been with this practice for 18 years. The receptionists are lovely and always try everything they can do to help you. Due to COVID many appointments are now via the telephone but you can always get a timely appointment, and if necessary a face to face consultation with the doctor. Repeat prescriptions are also dealt with quickly. I would certainly recommend this practice, although it is only small it offers an excellent service to its patients
