Been with this surgery 28 years barely attend but when you do need them impossible to get through or an appt. Receptionists are abrupt and rude. However to be balanced the doctors have always been lovely! I’ve moved 1 mile away and due to the change of address they are kicking me off the register despite being 17 weeks pregnant and having built a relationship with my midwife I must ‘start again’. They also are advertising they take out of area registrations but they can’t offer a decent customer service to those that are with them and need them.

cant get through to make an appointment, cant get to see a doctor most of the time, when i do i am fobbed off and they arent listening, feel the doctors dont care and i come away more frustrated then when i went in
