   The same cliche no appointments and get fobbed off by staff who are unprofessional in there behaviour and work ethic where you expect better especially from those who have a responsibility for the wellbeing of patients who try and get an appointment when it’s needed.

   Dear Mr Ahmed Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that patients when advised to follow protocols and regulations of the Practice and not attempt to coerce staff into deviating from those protocols, resort to leaving negative reviews on various platforms. Staff dealt with you in a professional manner, advising of the system to follow and how face to face appointments are booked. The Practice is hopeful that you will adhere to rules and regulations of the Practice in the future as they are in place for patient safety. Coventry Road Medical Centre
