    According to this Surgery's opening hours they close at 6:30pm on a Friday. I called at 4:10pm and gave up holding after 15 minutes despite the automated message stating I was the only person in the queue. I really don't think anyone was there to be honest.

    Dear Anonymous, Thank you for taking the time to post a review; we appreciate all feedback received from our patients and can only apologise that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. I can assure you that the Practice doors and phone lines are open until 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Whilst I cannot comment on why your call was not answered on this occasion without more details, we can assume that the reception team were busy speaking with other patients on the telephone or dealing with a patient in the surgery. We will always try to give our patients as much time as they need when contacting us, which may cause delays to others and we would ask for your understanding with this.     I am worried about my newborn baby vaccination,I call 20th August this year for book an appointment,but they said vaccine is not available it may b come in stock,11 September 2023,today I call again,but they again said vaccines come in next week.I don't know what I do,or is it effect of delay vaccine to my newborn health .

    Receptionist was left on her own. When I arrived 4mins late had to wait for her for her to tell the person on the phone to hold while she books me in.. 5mins later. The doctor then cancelled my appointment because I was 10mins late! Even though it was not my fault. Left me to call 111 to deal with the pain and big infection I have on my body! Very uncaring. I will be looking to change GP surgery.

    I telephoned for an appointment to see the GP and my call was answered without being placed into a queue. I was told that I would receive a telephone call that same morning, which duly happened. I received a text message and was asked to send a photo image and on completion of that request, was given a face to face appointment. When I arrived at the surgery my wait was minimal and on seeing the GP, was duly advised and treated. Whilst there I asked the GP if they preferred this new approach and was told that it allows them to see more patients on a daily basis. Well it doesn’t get better than that, does it. My experience was perfect and I cannot thank my GP enough for making the whole process so easy and convenient. I have been with this practice since a child so have seen many changes over the years and have always recommended to my friends and colleagues. I would like to say a big thank you
