Disgraceful !! To send someone away just after abdominal surgery and say "appointments only through the portal only" disgusting patient care. the receptionist apparently can't book patients in just telling them to go away and click on the link.

Used online portal to book an appointment for pain yesterday. I received a phone call from a lovely receptionist within 15minutes, with an face to face appointment 40 minutes later. The Dr was thorough and after discussing my options, got me an appointment with the surgical assessment unit at Wythenshawe hospital. The result was I was back home after a few hours in my own bed recovering, after a ct scan, bloods and antibiotics for an infection in my kidney. A and E was experiencing long waits at the time and I considered myself so fortunate to have such skilled and responsive medical practice. It would've been a much different scenario at my previous GP practice. Feel so much better today, thank u Cornishway.

They will share your medical information with other practices when they can’t be bothered to book you with one of the staff in the practice. Reception staff so so rude, especially the manager. You will not see any of the gps registered there as they will just book you with random visiting ones who use the room but it’s ok because “they’re lovely”….
