I have been a patient with this family practice for over forty years. During this time I have always been treated with respect and kindness form all members of staff. The care given to my late husband by the doctor was second to none. The support and help I received during this sad time by all staff helped me more than they will ever know. They were excellent , I will be forever grateful to them all.

I’ve always been dealt with promptly by both the reception team and the doctors, always had a good experience at this practice

Firstly you can’t get threw to anyone on the phone, When you do it’s the same thing I get told everytime. Either call back first thing in the morning which is pointless because you can’t get threw or the appointments are all gone or I get told the appointments available are months away and you can’t even book them yet because the diary hasn’t been done yet! So basically I’m signed Upto a doctors surgery I can’t use. I’ve been putting off calling because it’s just so frustrating to get told the same thing over and over so I can just hope the health concerns I have don’t end up being something serious as I’ve tried to attempt to get some advice and help and constantly No help!

Called this morning for an appointment as we are advised to call at 8am, first the phone wasn't connected until at least 8:03 but then when I managed to get through there were no appointments left. This is getting worse and worse by the day. This is neglect. Sending people to 111 is not viable. I say this and am aware of the difficult situation with availablity of doctors. But this situation is not tenable Extremely disappointed and let down.

Great doctors made a very welcoming and friendly environment. Provided great support throughout procedures and made sure all questions were answered. Very professional and I highly recommend
