    Absolutely disgusting this doctors is. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional, every single time I try and order my prescription the receptionist says she's done it and will be ready within 2 days. 2 days later my tablets arnt at the chemist, I ring my doctors back to explain and apparently it the chemist's fault, so ordered again, 2 days later still not there, hasn't come through. I rang doctors back and they haven't even been ordered, another 2 days later still not there. This is getting a joke. No wonder people take thier own lives, I'm literally shaking and need my anxiety medication but the receptionist isn't doing thier job!! (one certain receptionist not all) she thinks she's the boss thier and she's absolutely not!! I've had enough. I just want my meds to be ordered, what is so hard?? Doctor is fab when you get past the receptionist.

    The Receptionist on 21st & 22nd was rather unhelpful and would not listen to the patient calling. She immediately assumed information about the patient without prior knowledge and would not listen to patient after making a judgement on what she believed was an issue. I believe the receptionist could use some training, regular performance monitoring or a review because the patient was deeply upset after not feeling heard and the issue the patient actually had worsened as it was more of a concern than the receptionist felt was appropriate. I hope changes will be made because it was unprofessional and unethical. Thank you.

    Had some health issues this week, when I called surgery straight through as always, I explained my issues, got a call back within an hour, then was asked to come into surgery to see the Dr. I dealt with 3 ladies 2 receptionists (who went beyond their job titles to help me, kind caring and thoughtful beyond words, and a fantastic lady (I think is a manager) wow. I wish other departments showed your professionalism. Your "duty of care" was exceptional. I wish there was a way to show you how much I appreciated your kindness and compassion. Thank you again.
