   My mother had a episode of psychosis, we called 999 and the mental health team were excellent however all the advice they wrote down for the conygre road medical centre was completely ignored and not only that they failed to even call her back, twice.. if it wasn’t for us as family they would have completely disregarded her. We are still having problems getting help from this medical centre. I think this practice needs some serious evaluation.
