    I was trying to book appointment but they referred to pharmacy. I called pharmacy and they said to go go straight as it has been more than 4 days. They said to take medicine first and if don't work come to gp. What kind of health care is that. Without even checking they were asking to go pharmacy and take medicine. And at my first visit doctor didn't even checked me properly and said it's normal and flu or bacterial. On second visit Dr was nice enough to check again. I had told them again and again I have been sick more often every 15-25 days same issues but I already have good diet and cleanliness. Obviously there is some reason or deficiency in me. They didn't even considered those situations. Absolutely disappointed with this gp and services. I would like to change my GP now.

    Have been on the phone for over 40min being caller number one. Have been trying to get and appointment for over 3 days, to have my disabled form renewal filled and stamped which has just 6 yes and no questions. Been told to call Monday morning. Every day that I have called they tell me call tomorrow. I literally went to the office while I was waiting on the phone she was just sitting there on the computer not picking the call.

    cannot get through to book an asthma appointment. will be changing my gp surgery always have problems to speak to a reception phone rings and rings when you think you’ve got through you get told by an automatic service that there is more then 10 people on the line and to call back

    Disappointing surgery. Can't get through on phone and when you think you are getting through your told there are more than 10 people in front. They tell everyone to call at 8am so not everyone is going to get through. They are advertising for new patients but can't see their existing patients. Now we have to go to Plumstead well im sorry not me as I didn't sign up for Plumstead. I wanted a local doctor in Welling not Plumstead. When I had hysterectomy and cancer it wasn't even on my records. I had heart bypass and letter to GP was to call me to book me to check my obs. No I had to call them and still the GP told me to call back after Easter. My husband went in and got me an appointment the next day and the GP was a locum.

    I was there to book my appointment then the reception said there was no face to face appointment service and she was not helpful and wasn’t bothered then she told me to phone gp to book appointment but nobody answers the phone.
