    I had a phone appointment with the clinical pharmacist - and they failed to call me. I had to go in and try to solve it. Reception apologised and promised to look into it. I am still waiting, 24hrs later and don't hold much hope of them calling back to me. Few months earlier, I was given a phone appointment by the same person in charge of triage for something that only a face-to-face appointment can deal with. Things have gone downhill since triage and this person in charge of it took over, sadly.

    Has to be the worst GP in muswell hill, you have more chances to talk with an wall and have a better conversation then with the staff over there, no communication skills at all, even an 12 years old child can do a better job, booking system and to see the GP, you have more chances to study medicine and become a doctor and treat yourself then having to see the doctor over there, took me 6 months to see the doctor so he can tell me to I need to take paracetamol, rubbish, don't ever go there, they need to close it, waste of money

    When calling you are advised via a message to use an online form. The form it is not obvious when on their website, but I did work out it must be the one labelled 'AccuRx Patient Triage'. I have tried to used it since yesterday lunch time at various times, but being advised that I am 'Outside of core hours'. If you go the section 'Book an Appointment' it mentioned the NHS App or Patient Access but you are no longer able to book via those (I tried). From past experience the receptionists are unfriendly. A very frustrating experience, I don't know what to do.

    the worst practice I have been registered with in a while. the phone line are never open. They have an online service for booking appointments which is a joke, as it is never functioning. If you manage to get through to them, the receptionists will not ever provide you with a solution. Total waste of the time it took me to register and try to book appointments.

    Unable to get an appointment…ever!! Don’t even bother signing up to this doctors. You will be on hold for an hour then it just cuts you off. Worst experience.
