    Have recently had the unenviable task of dealing over the phone with the surgery, whilst I have no complaints with the GP's, the administration is appalling 15m to connect on 31/8 and 20m to be cut off today and this just to make a courtesy call about cancelling a procedure

We are on NHS England's priority list for an advanced cloud based telephony system, which will hopefully resolve these issues.     I have recently become a first time mum and the care I have received has been second to none. Yes the wait times calling are a bit long, but other than that everyone is so helpful! From me constantly forgetting to order my tablets - they sort it for me with no fuss - to just being an ear to listen I cannot fault this doctors surgery. Thank you all!

    Disgusting service as usual Been waiting on the phone for over an hour for someone to answer it Eventually they answered and told me my prescription was ready to collect at the chemist I dove to the chemist to collect my prescription to be told there was nothing there for me I went back to the doctors to find receptionist sat talking to colleagues ( not busy at all ) only to be told this time I need to go and see them at the front of the building at the dispensary This time I was told as the prescription had not been done and she would get the doctor to see to it in the morning At last I found someone who was helpful and not like the receptionist who clearly lied and kept me waiting on the phone for over an hour Good job no one was dying Get your act together Coleford Health Centre

    Very poor service which has worsened since the new "improved" I T system. It's quite normal to wait for over 30minutes to speak to anyone because "we are busy", this has been happening for many months and is getting worse - well get more staff. A repeat prescription used to take 3 days, now it takes almost 2 weeks thanks to the new "improved" I T system! The waiting time to see a GP is @ 6 weeks which is outrageous yet they still send texts regarding having a BP measurement - well that's a money making exercise isn't it but trying to get an appointment is nigh on impossible. Most of the GP's work part-time and there is rarely more than one on duty, perhaps they could clear their backlog of appointments by working more hours as happens in other services. They get paid a lot for doing very little. This used to be a good practice but the service is now abysmal and failing badly, it really needs reviewing and a big shake up..
