24/10/2022 this morning I received a text from the surgery to call the surgery to make an appointment to see Doctor with reference to the blood test last Friday the 21st to give blood and when I returned home I got a message that the surgery had the phone and said contact the surgery as soon as possible when phoning the surgery to book appointment reception said there is no appointment available until 9th November and I explained that I had received a text and phone call to make an appointment as soon as possible but if I could phone 8 am tomorrow I might be able to get appointment being surprised at this I ask if there is appointments available now where will the appointment will come from. having a text from your GP is worrying but followed up by phone it becomes urgent I think instead of alarming parents this way I think the practice manager should check if there is an appointment available before texting or phoning any body I think due consideration should be given when sending a text that if the surgery invites anybody make that appointment can I consider that all this exercise is a "cya" exercise yours most disappointed Narvail Singh Mann

After finally receiving a referral appointment 4 months after the initial visit I'm now waiting 4 weeks and counting for my test results. Constant back and forth from doctors to hospital. I called again today, they have my results but didn't tell me them, were quite rude and I said will I get a call back to get my test results. Apparently as she said yes but again I'm still waiting!

Review titled Improving practice with great staff

Having been with the practice for a number of years it's historically been challenging to get an appointment. Following the roll-out of their digital platform - Babylon - I've found it simple and easy to book an appointment with a suitably qualified individual. The staff (GPs and support staff) are always welcoming, kind, and up-beat, and the building is always clean and welcoming, even if it does look a little dated at times ;)
