Review titled Impossible to get an appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Veronica - Posted on 13 February 2024
I called 5 days and after being on the phone more than 45 minutes each time they always say that they don't have any appointment and to call next day or 111. In 111 they tell me to call my GP, this service is a joke

Review titled Very good practice
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Fell view surgeries need more staff manning the phones. Waited 45 minutes for the phone line to tell me the surgery had closed. This has happened 3 times.

It is disappointing to read your review. As you have not provided any dates and you have also chosen to remain anonymous I am unable to look into your concerns and respond via this website. Our telephone lines are open 8am – 6:30pm each day, Monday to Friday, with the exception of one afternoon per month when the practice is closed for staff training. The practice doors open at 8:30am each day, Monday to Friday. ‘On the day’ appointments are available to book from 8am each day. If you are unhappy with the practice, or your care and treatment you do have the right to complain. Please contact nencicb-cu.fellviewhc.complaints@nhs.net and provide your contact details if you wish to raise a formal complaint. Kind regards, Alison Patient Engagement

Review titled I'm still waiting...
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 03 August 2022
Had a persistent cough for 8 weeks now, never get an appointment through. Spent several weeks calling from 08:00 - lines often open late and when you finally get through - no appointments. Requested a fit for work note covering sick leave 10 days ago "will receive a call within 2 working days". I'm still waiting. Can't believe you're closing one of the practices, you should be opening them up not closing them down. This place is an advertisement to stop funding the NHS and go private - at least we might finally get something then.
