    After queuing for a while for someone to respond to my telephone call, I spoke to someone who was not sympathetic or interested in listening to what I was saying. The person then ended the call very abruptly so I was required to try again and wait in another queue to finish saying what I was saying. I appreciate that the administration staff are very busy but there customer service skills are very low. They could save themselves time and improve patient satisfaction by concentrating on what the patient is telling them and not cutting them off just as they are about to say thank you to them for their help or sooner.
