I went to order my diabetic medication also my blood pressure and anti depressants on 11/4/24 and the system said that it needs to be reviewed by a clinician. I messaged the surgery to tell them I needed my meds as they run out on the 14/4/24 and as I couldn't get an appointment how were the medication going to get reviewed? I received a phone call to confirm which of my medication I needed and was assured that these would be ready for me to collect on 13/4/24 and upon ringing my appointed pharmacy they have informed me that nothing has been sent over to them! So thanks a lot I have no medication so if anything happens to me you are solely responsible.

I'm a Type1 diabetic, have been for 51 years. I've got a throat infection which is sending my blood sugars soaring to a dangerously high18.6! I was told they had no appointments but I could go to the walk in clinic at Burmantofts, the other side of Leeds from where I live. I'm partially disabled, have depression & anxiety & there's no one to go with me. The receptionist wasn't bothered & told me to either ring 111 for 'some advice' or ring back on Monday morning. I can't even describe how upset, worried & ill I feel.
