How long should it take to get through to reception. I was number 3 in the queue with messages interrupting the music to tell me how useful the website is. The reminder letter I received informed me I should phone. Suddenly the music stops and the ring tone can be heard 12 minutes later the ring tone can still be heard. I hung up. Same storey last September and October.

No appointments ever available, you have to call back on the day they ‘release’ a batch of appointments - at 8.30 to have any chance of an appointment. Online services are extremely limited and more often that not handled with bureaucracy to the extreme.

I would like to thank the receptionists and nurse for all their help. Very polite and informative. The nurse I saw was exceptional in the way I was treated and put me at ease on both recent visits.

Being only able to book appointments at 8.30am, feels completely ridiculous, you are on hold for over 30 minuets with people who are wanting to be seen same day to book an appointment in the future. What happen to the online system, it feels like a backwards step rather than enabling. I travel to work most days at 8.30am, so this is not helpful in getting an appointment.

I find the website really limited, with time restraints on when you can ask a question or ask for sick notes etc. these things should be open at all times & at the weekend.

Review titled Telephone calls

We are advised to call the surgery but its almost impossible to get an answer. Please do something so that telephone calls can be answered. Today I have had to call three times as two calls simply failed after 12 and 20 minutes. In all I waited over thirty minutes to eventually get a response. It's not fair on patients or on the staff either.
