   Hello, i asked if i may quickly speak to a nurse or doctor as i have a serious infection under my arm. I was abruptly and rudely told that this was not possible because it was after 5pm!! I was told to try minor injuries or a&e. Upon leaving with dismay again, outside the practice was a parked NHS ambulance, after a 30 second chat with the crew i received the advice i had been requesting from the practice. Is this really acceptible in your eyes? I have since been to minor injuries who were not surprised at my experience today. I await to hear your comments in this matter.
