    I have to say that after 17 years at this practice i have always had a positive experience , even though post covid it is difficult to get a face to face appointment , the e consult service works well and the Doctors call when promised and give time to listen and talk through any symptoms you may have. The admin/ reception staff do a fine job in my opinion . Thank you

    Even though it's hard to get appointments and the phone ques are long ,when you are really ill and need help this practice has always been there for me and looked after me so well , I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at the surgery, it's not the first time you guys have looked after me when I have been unwell and admitted to hospital let's hope you won't be seeing me anytime soon x Thank you and take care of yourselves.

    Visited the doctor following a telephone consultation I had waited two months for and was told I needed a blood test. The computer was down so the surgery couldn't give me the appointment I was told to phone for an appointment for the blood to be taken. I phoned the next day to be told by an automated message that I was number 14 in the queue, it took over two hours to get to be number 2 in the queue only to have the call cut off at 2 minutes past 2. I rang back to be told by an automated service that the surgery was now closed and would remain so for the rest of the day for a training exercise. This is taking the mickey.

    I joined the practice just over a year ago and have always been able to see a GP when necessary and always receive a prompt response to e-consults. The staff are friendly, approachable and professional. The only difficulty I've had is being able to get through on the phone (for example, you cannot do an e-consult for a baby under 6 months so you must wait on the phone). I understand the reasons for this but as with everything there is room for improvement and that would be an area that would be good to target where possible
