I had recently changed surgeries and due to the lack of communication between the surgeries, my medication was not on the records and I was unable to request. The receptionist told me that I cannot phone to book an appointment for prescriptions despite being emailed the opposite. The receptionist was arrogant and very unhelpful. The receptionist spoke in a rude manner and did not communicate to me that I would be expecting a phone call by the clinical pharmacist. Would not recommend this surgery. Extremely rude and arrogant receptionist

I have been registered with Cheshire Road Surgery since 2016 and cannot praise them enough. Most recently I had several concurrent conditions which required my GP's prompt attention. I was referred in a timely manner to external providers for treatment without any issue. I have found the reception team, nurses, GP and clinical team to be kind, patient and professional. My GP has been exceptionally understanding and takes time to listen and re-assure.

I've only visited the surgery on 2 occasions having recently moved in to the area. On each visit I have experienced very friendly staff, received excellent customer service and very professional health care and advice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always accommodating, reception staff are lovely and a pleasure to deal with rather than a hindrance like two previous practices I belonged to. Thank you for getting it right!

Recently moved down from Newcastle, registering online was so easy! A lady rang me once I had submitted my form to welcome me to the practice and to ask if I needed anything ! She was so kind and patient with me and arranged for my repeat prescription to be sorted already! Very happy I joined here and didn’t even have to leave my flat!

We moved to Cheshire Road Surgery after moving house earlier this year. The staff couldn't be more kind and helpful. I've always managed to get an appointment that suits (especially having young children). When I've had to call, everyone has been very polite!
