I called late in the day for a GP appointment and was pleased to be told that an out of hours appointment was available. This suits me perfectly as I will not need to take time out of my workday and am able to see the GP on short notice. Many thanks

A series of events led me to attend the practice in person, I was seen by reception staff who calmly listened to me and knew I was in a mess and couldn’t do enough for me, it was decided I was to be seen straight away and I received the care I needed. I can’t thank them enough in my hour of need

I found it very easy to book an appointment- a telephone consultation with one of the doctors- and I received a call at the allotted time. The doctor listened to me and answered all my concerns and I was very happy with both the consultation and the course of treatment proposed .

Had a couple of blips over the years but after attending the practice late 2022 could not have had better attention if I had gone private. 5 Stars definitely
