The practice has helped me enormously with some health issues I've had this year. The doctors are kind, thorough and professional. I am always treated with respect.

I have been living with a debilitating digestive condition after my gall bladder was removed over a decade ago. The diagnosis was IBS but my my bowel had not been irritable in the 50 years prior to the surgery so perhaps the irritation was triggered by the removal of my gall bladder? Having discussed this over the phone earlier in the week, the GP listened, agreed that there may indeed be a connection between the loss of the gall bladder and the symptoms, and prescribed medication which has enhanced the quality of my life dramatically and made a huge difference to my health and well being. Thank you Chartfield Surgery. I will be forever grateful.

The service at Chartfield surgery is simply wonderful. I would like to share a recent example of the outstanding service in offer. Last week we came back from our family holiday in Spain. My son had a skin infection and it was spreading was getting worse. I phoned the surgery on Monday morning and they offered an appointment that afternoon. My daughter then got the infection and again I phone the surgery the next day and they saw her. Today we went back for a checkup and the advice, reassurance and follow-up treatment was amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The surgery is really friendly and welcoming. We are so lucky to have such wonderful GP practice on our doorstop. Thank you so much.

I phoned early morning with pain and irritation in my eye and not able to open it. Given appointment that afternoon. Doctor examined my eye and diagnosed the problem. Arranged for me to see Moorfields eye hospital. They phoned and I was seen the next morning. Some debris was removed from my eye. I was given ointment to put in. I was really impressed with the Doctor at Chartfield he was excellent.Thanks so much you are brilliant team.

After many years of trying, I finally found the right doctor at the right practice to give me the right support and after 6 months I have reversed my type 2 diabetes. The personal, humane approach by this young doctor was absolutely superb. Thank you Chartfield Surgery.
