I was able to speak to a very pleasant and helpful receptionist after a short wait on the phone (I phone late mornings or early afternoon and try not to phone on a Monday!) I was able to book a face to face visit to see my GP, and at all times I was treated with care and greeted with a warm smile

I telephoned several times but was cut off due to the queue being too long- several times later when I got through I was caller number 9 (more admin staff clearly needed) When I eventually spoke to someone I was made to feel an inconvenience- I was following up X-ray results for the 3rd time - told to ring the hospital myself as a month had passed and the surgery did not have time to chase things up.
