   After sometime on the phone decided to go to the surgery in person no one there was helpfull and was told to go A&E or a pharmacy so we done both and was told at the pharmacy I had shingles and to go back to my doctors after getting in touch with the 111 emergency service they contacted my doctors and told them thay would have to phone me with in 6 hours so I could get a prescription after waiting 3 hours finally got to talk to someone who said the medication that I needed would be in the pharmacy in 2 hours my question is why a nurse could not take a quick look they would of seen I had shingles and could of given me a prescription to get the medication I needed as I told the receptionist my husband was a cancer patient and very valuable this made no difference why is it that there are so meany complaints against this surgery its very worrying after all you put your trust into these so called professional people.
