   My Mum phoned the practice to ask about a prescription, she was informed that she was too early to ask for repeat, she was informed that she was too early could only do 2 days before. The Chemist attached to the surgery takes up to a week to process the prescription. My mum explained this and the receptionist replied, you need to change your Chemist then. Not quiet the answer my mum of 93 years was expecting. Perhaps a bit of compassion and customer care should be taught. The doctors and nurses have always been very kind and considerate this receptionist is letting the side down.
