   Twice now in the last two months I have tried to get an appointment for my son and been told they don’t have any appointment for 7 weeks. The first time he ended up at an out of hours appointment only to be sent straight to A&E and the second time it’s for mental health reasons. Told ring first thing in the morning but it is impossible to get through. They are still tagged on the NHS website as taking on new patients, when they cannot offer existing patients the service they need.
