My appointment was set up quickly and efficiently. Staffwere friendly and sympathetic. My request was dealt with efficiency. The appointment was on time, I did not have to wait in the waiting room.

Doctor was very thorough and sent me to hospital where they confirmed I had a chest infection......

Both nurse and doctor friendly and reassuring; appointments made with ease and referral from nurse to doctor made efficiently.

My osteoporosis treatment is unavailable (again) my GP has referred me to a rheumatologist for expert advice on an a replacement drug (e.g. 3 monthly injection) Impressive intelligent thinking. Always doing the best for the patient .
