I registered online with this practice on 15th January after recieving the most horrendous service or should I say lack of service at another practice. Received a text on 17th to say I was a registered patient. Called to get a nurses appointment and was offered one the very same day. Attended and can honestly say the patient care I received was the best I have ever encountered. The nurse was so lovely, kind and professional. The receptionists were warm and really took the time. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this surgery. 10 out of 10. Other practices should take note!

Staff are the friendliest of any surgery I've been to. Reception are helpful and professional, and all of the nurses and GPs I've seen listen and aren't dismissive of concerns and make you feel valued. Very pleased. Best surgery I've been to.

Efficient removal of stitches and good advise going forward. Clear explanation and given prescription with reassurance that other options were available.
