Once again Campingland surgery have come up trumps. I’ve had 2 telephone consultations and have felt happy and reassured concerned my health and the way forward with the recommended treatment. Thank you to all the staff at the surgery.

I moved to the area a year ago . I have various health conditions. I’m on biological therapy, which compromises my immunity to infections . I’ve never had a new patient check or a drugs review. Early after registration I developed a chest infection. This is the only time I’ve seen a doctor. And since then I’ve had other infections not been seen , how can they be sure of a problem over the phone ? , and I’ve had to beg for antibiotics. I know when I need them this has been the same for a number of years for me . I feel like a number not a patient. My meds are messed up , not in , or unavailable due to brexit , the wars ,and COVID apparently. My previous surgery didn’t suffer these problems though and I was always seen if not by a doctor then by a dispensing nurse practitioner. I have yearly blood tests which haven’t happened as usually I’m sent for but I’ve booked myself in instead now !! I definitely wouldn’t rate them good or recommend them to anyone sorry I speak as I find
