    Cambrian medical centre is totally under staffed. Reception struggles to give to an appointment. You're told to ring in the morning for one. You can telephone the second they open. Yet still be held waiting for ages and ages. The carpark is unable to cope. I have had women shouting and swearing at me, because i wait for a disabled space. Doctors are feared to death of catching Covid. Whereas the rest of society have accepted it as a fact of life, and got on with life. Trying to get a Doctors appointment is like getting a winning Lotto ticket....Only plus i can give is the blood testing, i.e. sample taking. It uses a number system. Well the 1st 30 people. But i have braved the car park arrived early only to find it cancelled....I can and could go on and on....

    Had an appointment to see the pharmacist to day at 11.40 arrived when I went to book in the receptionist said he was coming in today but is working from home instead. Not happy wasting my time and money they should go to work not not waste my valuable time

    Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. There was a genuine reason why our clinical pharmacist had to work remotely. Unfortunately, you should have been contacted and informed of this change, which clearly did not happen. Again please accept our apologises and if you wish to discuss this further then please do not hesitate to contact the Practice.
