    Phoned up last Friday at exactly 8 o'clock To be told I was number 19 in the queue, I continued to hold as I was ringing for my wife who had suffered a prolapsed vagina 23 minutes later the receptionist answered only to be told there were no appointments left and to take my wife to the A and E. 7 hours later my wife was finally treated by a doctor. What is the point of having a system that is not fit for use either get more lines or staff to answer the phone. I have to phone the surgery again next week to get a referral for out patients department we will see if I am successful or not. Not impressed and would never recommend this practice to friends or aquatences.
