  1. Review titled The new triage system

Rated 1 star out of 5

In severe pain, needed to talk to a doctor about changes to my medication. The new triage system introduced means I have an appointment a month from now and not sure I can manage that long. The whole system seems to be to separate the doctors from the patients and does not improve things one iota. Being told to fill in a bunch of generic forms when your concentration if almost zero due to the pain is not helpful at all. The booking system is awful, with no clue as to who has the next available appointment without clicking on each individual doctor. Overall, this is a massive reduction in service and I would strongly not recommend them at this point.

You'll be ok with this surgery as long as your not ill and need to see a doctor. You finally get a doctors phone call she tells you she doesn't have time these calls are for emergencies and your condition is something you've had a long time. I never said it was! I just asked for an appointment fgs

  3. Review titled Appointments

Never any appointments even if you urgently need one. Call back tomorrow at 8 is the only response you will get. It took me 3 hours to pluck up the courage to ask for help only for them to reaffirm that no one cares.
