    Very efficient, friendly staff and always willing to help. I have been a patient for many years and always received exceptional care. Would reccomend to friends and family

    I have been with the practice for 30 years plus the practice was a very good one me and all my family are treated here. Just lately I have been having health problems and I need to talk to my doctor unfortunately this is near on impossible. You have to ring in the morning to get an appointment for that day this can take from 40 minutes to 1 hour to get through to the receptionist. Unfortunately when you reach them they tell you all the appointments are gone for the day and they are not able to make pre-bookable appointments. So you have to go through this rigmarole all again, the next day unfortunately for people that work shifts like myself very difficult especially when you have to ring at 8 o’clock in the morning and you’ve just come off a nightshift. I have done this a few times in the last few months and only managed to speak with a doctor a couple time when you finally get a appointment with a doctor you are waiting by the phone for them to ring you back all day. Doctors are supposed to be there to help people with problems and be caring for people, unfortunately this practice at the moment is neither. The receptionist I spoke to yesterday was friendly She explained that they was closed in the afternoon for training so there was no appointments left the receptionist I spoke to today was sharp and rude as she obviously didn’t didn’t care about anything. If a doctor is closing on a afternoon for training why haven’t they put extra staff on? why are they not staggering the training this is not a good this is not good practice. At this present time I am going to move practices so I’m on the lookout for a new doctors hopefully not as bad fingers crossed.

    Used to be a very good practice 20 years ago but actually getting to see a doctor is extremely difficult. There appears to be very little preventative medicine. So frustrated we've just changed to Pinfold Gate who seem very good.
