During my first appointment the nurse attempted to draw blood four times ,being unsuccessful we scheduled another appointment with a different operator. Unfortunately the same nurse wanted to try a fifth time during my second visit when I declined she became extremely rude.

The doctor was extremely kind and helpful, really listened and was very thorough. I appreciate feeling that my views and experience were taken into consideration and feeling very involved in the decision-making process about medication changes. I feel very grateful to the doctor and the team. Many thanks

Having had a stroke in October 2022 and finding it very difficult to get NHS appointments through Hounslow Health services.The surgery doctors have been very helpful in me get referrals and other ongoing help. They have also been very good at explaining the implications of my stroke and understanding my subsequent anxieties.

Its such a relief when you know your doctor is listening to your sickness complains and not just looking at the computor and make you feel your complains are nothing and you are ignored kind of but...not at our Brentford group.our GP's are great. Thanks be to God.and not forgetting the receptionist like today 22.06.2023 @4pm its a pity i did not take her name .She was very very good polite and kind ,made my sickness get better with her kind words.I so hope she will read my comments and understand this is for her.

I’ve always had a good experience with this practice - typical example just now, just phoned reception and they were helpful, polite and flexible despite the huge pressures they are under. Thank you for everything you are doing!

I have been attending Brentford Group Practice for the past 25 years or so. I have invariably found all the staff, doctors , practice nurses and receptionists, first rate in every respect. I was with my first doctor for very many years until we both retired and experienced excellent service. Since then I have seen five other doctors and without exception find them all to be kindly, attentive and concerned. My visit of yesterday, 23 August, was a prime example of great and very reassurng attention to detail. Thankyou.

It is literally impossible to get hold of anyone in this practice. I keep calling reception and after waiting hours on the line, no one picks up the phone. It just keeps ringing. It has happened several times over the last months and I eventually had to go there personally to try and book.
