I take great pleasure in writing this review about my lead GP and her colleagues and practice in general. My doctor is professional, skilful, kind, empathetic and a great listener. Her manner and approach is unique and nothing short of stellar. I always feel at ease speaking to her and never feel rushed or as if my questions/concerns are not heard. My doctor goes above and beyond to connect the dots and help alleviate my concerns. I trust her expertise. Ultimately, I feel that my health is treated with genuine consideration, respect and diligence. I could not be happier in her care. The reception staff are also a credit to this practice. They are polite, organised and calm. It makes for a comfortable and easy patient experience. Altogether, it is a pleasant experience from booking an appointment to seeing my GP. Thank you so much.

I feel like I've hit the jackpot with this practice. They were recommended to us when we moved to Brentford by a local pharmacy. - appointments always available if urgent - very quick prescription turnaround if issued online. Bonus is Brent Pharmacy (Brentford High Street) will text you to say when prescription is ready, usually next day - response on Patch's system is within hours - friendly and efficient reception staff - the GP I have been seeing is clear, thorough, listens carefully and is very reassuring, offering explanations of how/why we are following certain courses of action and giving time frames and explanations of how the system works. Honestly they are just brilliant, I feel so lucky. Thanks to everyone at the practice!

I couldn't ask for better help from the GP's and reception staff. The GP's are all very understanding and spend all the time you need with them. Service is brilliant. The receptionists are always very helpful, friendly and polite.

The GP at this practice is very kind and attentive, I'm glad I'm in such good hands. Their GP takes the time to remember an individuals information and takes the time to truly care about their patients.

My family and I have been with this practice for nearly 30 years and could not wish for a better care. It feels great to know that our health is in best possible hands. Appointments are organised in timely manner and we always get the best advice and treatment possible

I have been well looked after by my GP who is thorough, kind and caring. Her patience is unmatched and I feel very lucky to be her patient. Unlike any other doctor, she truly is interested in my family life and I feel very comfortable and relaxed in her presence. We have been treated with excellent care and I would give this practice 10/10. Thank you for all you do for our family.

This is a great GP practice. Everyone from doctors and nurses to the admin staff is helpful, competent and approachable. My special thanks go to the Lead GP for her kindness and warmth, especially dealing with kids. She managed to maintain and improve already high standards set by the previous senior GPs. Appointments are always available on the day with not unreasonable wait for a specific doctor. A well run and professional practice.

Every time I have attended the practice I have been given great service from the doctors where I feel like my needs are taken care of very well. Any problem I’ve attended with has been listened to and the doctors have been very kind in making sure I receive the best possible treatment.

I cannot fault this surgery in any way, I have always been able to talk to the doctors about any concerns I've had and have always been treated with compassion and understanding, I would highly recommend this surgery. A very happy patient.

My experience attending my GP is extremely positive. I am able to discuss my problems and concerns with a very empathetic lady doctor. It is a pleasure to see her and know that I will be referred appropriately as required. Furthermore, she is caring and compassionate; qualities I admire.
