    A big thank you from me, and my family to the excellent Team at Brackley Medical Centre. My treatment has always been completed with patience , understanding, listening, and care by this excellent Team . Thank You.

    Went to walk in clinic for the third time to see a third different doctor for a head/ear pain. Had a swab of the ear taken and was then given an antibiotic. After two days the symptoms had only worsened so I then went to Northampton general. They queried what I had been given and then informed me that the antibiotic I had been given two days earlier was the wrong one to treat the infection! Had to wait 2 hours to even get the prescription and then it does nothing and we find out it's the wrong thing!

    Telephone consultation 13.15 hrs 29 Dec 23. My doctor clearly explained my condition and good advice was given. I feel very confident and reassured. During our conversation and in light of same I was advised to have blood tests done. Since I am due to be overseas for a couple of months I straight away went to the medical centre where as always the reception team were wonderfully helpful and cheerful! I’m certain that the nurse who saw me, at a moments notice, interrupted her well earned lunch break and how kind it was of her to do that for me! This medical practice has always been outstanding in every way, we are lucky to have you! Thank you!!

    I visited the medical center today and what a great experience. Every time I call I manage to speak to a human within 1-2 minutes. My first appointment was today and was spot on time. Greeted by a cheerful lady on reception and seen by a lovely nurse - thank you. So glad I moved from Banbury Cross!

    nhs has broken but we`re so lucky to have bmc Walk in clinic is an excellent service Receptionists are 5* and always manage a smile Well Done

    The reception staff, admin team, nurses and GP's are all amazing. They continue to provide a great service under a growing patient database, along with the stresses and strains of every day life. They are understanding, professional, dedicated and hardworking. I have spent lots of time there lately and I feel welcome and looked after. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel blessed to have such a wonderful team on my doorstep. Biggest thanks to everyone.

    Urgent care team were incredibly compassionate and understanding of my daughters mental health needs. We were able to wait in the car and they took the time to really listen.

    My son who's 17 months now has had since February this year 7 ear infections, been trying to get an appointment to be seen by a specialist, my referral has been put on hold on july and he's on a waiting list for 9 months. When I asked if it's possible to be seen earlier than that, i was told to go to private if i want to be seen earlier. The same thing was suggested to me when i wanted to ask for a blood test for him, go private. Why I'm being sent to go private, when I'm paying taxes as well? I've received no compassion, no empathy, no care at all. Just coldness and indifference.

    I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the service from the NHS, unfortunately at Brackley Medical Centre we have no control over the specialist waiting times. I am sure that the clinician was just trying to give you other options if you wanted to speed up your referral by suggesting you could go private. Everyone is having the same issues with waiting times for secondary care/specialist appointments, I am sure that our clinician did not mean to come across with no compassion or empathy, but we have no way of accelerating specialist appointments. If you would like to discuss your specific case with the Practice Business Manager then I would be happy to review your consultations and check that your referral was done in a timely fashion. Please email us FAO Practice Business Manager.

    Quickly dealt with. Referral and scans arranged within 24 hours. Blood tests organised on same day as first appointment. Altogether faultless

    I feel credit needs to be given to the prompt actions taken upon a recent visit to the walk in centre. The expertise and knowledge of the nurse enabled a swift response to get me to Hospital and the necessary treatment to be given. Also upon a subsequent visit I received the same level of care. A huge thank you to the team for the outstanding care and service for all that you do.
