    I sent in via their online form my repeat meds request (Monday) but only received 4 items. I rang the surgery and was told the rest would be signed off by my named gp that day. Told them I had run out of 6 items 1 being my antidepressants used for BiPolar Disorder and was told it would be done asap. We are now at Friday and still no meds. I have been without for 4 days and going over the weekend will be 6 days. I saw my gp 2 weeks ago due to suicidal thoughts and being without essential meds is totally unacceptable.

    I put through a repeat prescription and it took ages. I rung after 3 days to find out why they have put it through first woman said it was waiting to be put through next day I rung again spoke to another women she said it needed to be by the doctor it will be done that afternoon. After chasing again the next person I needed a review that why it hasn't gone through and no recorded of me contacting beforehand. After speaking to another person they said they will put it through as urgent as no-one has put it through. That same day I had someone bloke ring saying I need to be booked in for a blood test and I asked again if they had been sent to pharmacy this time he said yes 4 days with no tablets it's a joke they could see that first day me putting the prescription through if I needed a review. I understand they are busy but the quality of Care towards patients should NEVER drop. Now my tests won't have the proper recording as I haven't been taking the medication. And to find out the staff haven't put nothing through even when I was ringing is disgraceful. We have only had to recently move to this surgery and my family have had none sto0 issues here.
