   On more than one occasion now, I’ve rang up for query’s about medication or for repeats. And it’s always been fine. Today I rang up and was practically shouted out by a lady on reception and to be honest this wouldn’t be the first time, she has spoken to me like this, it’s happened on a number of occasions and to me it isn’t acceptable. The rest of the reception staff are usually lovely. and never have any other problems but I feel this matter needs addressing as I’ve now gone without medication I needed over the weekend, I put in tha request online and the doctor only gave me part of it, which could well be an error but I desperately needed this medication and after being shouted at over the phone, this was the last thing I needed.

   Had my annual Nurse Heath Assessment today which was extremely organised , informative , helpful and very reassuring. A very positive experience
