Reception staff very helpful and a prompt call back from the doctor meant my daughter’s issue could be sorted out without her missing school or me missing work. The online system is very efficient. Thank you so much.

Used Klinic to book an appt for relatively minor ailment. GP called within10 mins of submitting request. Saw GP within the hour. Friendly and professional consultation. Incredible service

The Klinik system works very well - normally within filling in the form I get a call back within 15 mins to discuss an appt or a text scheduling a call with the doctor. All reception staff and medical staff have always gone above and beyond - not a bad word to say. I feel very lucky to have this surgery as my doctors. Thanks everyone who works there.

When you get to see the actual Dr's / nurses the service is very good, the frustration comes with getting to se them. When you call the surgery you are guaranteed a 30 minute wait, once i called 45 mins before the surgery closed, after 45 minutes the answer phone was put on. I find it hard to believe they are that busy. Whilst waiting to get through on one occasion i drove to the surgery, walked in and the 2 ladies were sat chatting, when i asked why the phones weren't being answered she said they were busy. Just so frustrating. It either that or staff training. Its hardly a busy a&e dept in a city hospital, i feel the initial contact from the surgery is not meeting the needs of the patient. Not everyone can/ knows how to/ wants to contact the surgery online.

Had to ring the doctors I thought it would be tricky as I wasn’t ringing for myself but somebody else the receptionist was wonderful helpful kind did her upmost to make something quite difficult into something easy

Was expecting a call from the pharmacist which did not materialise. Phoned reception to find out why. Was told that they had phoned the land line number instead of the mobile number (as had been requested). Was then told that they did not have the mobile number, in spite of the fact that they had used this number in the past, and had sent a SMS message confirming the phone appointment. Was then told that a blood pressure test was required even though this had already been done - not sure if this has been mislaid. Had to then escalate the issue to urgent as now running out of medication. I realise that surgeries are under pressure at the moment, but they are not helping themselves by seemingly poor administration.

I recently needed a travel vaccination check and injection. The nurse at the surgery went out the way to help me at short notice. I’m very grateful for the amazing service and support. Thank you for everything you do!
