    We were very pleased to find that the practice has implemented better ways for telephoning in for an appointment and that it is possible to see a clinician. Also to have more staff such as paramedics on board. Staff very helpful and friendly.

    Excellent receptionist service. Calm polite and efficient. Appointments available and Doctors treatment first class. This practice is back to how is used to be when it was classed as a flagship practice

    Booking system impossible, tried to book an advance appointment and was told it would be in 4 weeks time,trying to get an appointment on the day is very frustrating as I was 64 th in queue and took 1hour 30 minutes.

    You can only phone at 08.30 for an appointment. On hold for at least thirty minutes to be put through to a receptionist who says all appointments have been taken. I have done this on many occasions and only got an appointment when I broke down, cried and put the phone down. I have had two lots of cancer in the last four years and I don't feel supported by my GP surgery at all.

    I received a text from the NHS informing me that due to my health issues I was eligible for a covid booster despite my age. A few days later I received another text from the NHS stating I was eligible for a flu jab because I was susceptible to serious illness due to my health problems and to contact my surgery to arrange an appointment. I then contacted Botesdale health centre to arrange an appointment for both injections, the receptionist informed me that the surgery has a policy of providing both injections on an age criteria and that health issues are irrelevant and because of my age I did not qualify. I find it a disgrace that a perfectly healthy person can get these injections as long as they qualify by age, whereas I cannot get them because of my age but have health issues which puts me at risk of serious health problems which the NHS have recognized but Botesdale health centre completely ignore.

    You can dial at 8.30 and be 60 plus in the queue, can take 1 hour 40 minutes to get through to be told there are no appointments left.
